Fulfillment Overview
At KXNH, we prioritize precision. Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. For limited edition releases or pre-order items, please refer to the specific timeline noted on the product page.
All shipments are dispatched from our regional distribution hubs. Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking architecture.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for items within 14 days of the delivery date. To ensure your return is processed, items must meet the following architectural requirements:
- The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags, including the KXNH security seal, must remain attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging (dust bags, branded boxes).
Exceptions: We do not accept returns on intimate apparel, jewelry, or items marked as “Final Sale.” Customized or bespoke garments are non-returnable unless a structural defect is present.
Initiating a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our concierge team at support@kxnhclothing.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of verified product defects.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
Financial institutions may require additional time (typically 3–10 business days) to reflect the transaction in your account balance.
